Marchele McCarthy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience working in the human services field. She helps clients with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, sleep issues, career, loss, trauma and more. She works with both individuals and couples and often offers workshops in the community. Her therapeutic approach includes a mix of cognitive therapy and mindfulness practices. She is trained in EMDR, which is a evidence based treatment for trauma. She offers practical tools that create new ways to cope with life’s challenges.

She has been an active member of the Steamboat Springs community for over 15 years. Her interests include yoga, travel, the outdoors and spending time with her family.
