I offer individual, couple and group therapy to people seeking growth or healing in some aspect of their life. You might be experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, a life transition, loss, career issues, stress or recovery from trauma. I address these issues and more. Services

I offer a free 20 minute session for both of us to evaluate if I can be of service to you.

50 minute session: $150

90 minute session: $225

Payment is due at the time of service. If you would like to use your health insurance, I can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to determine individual coverage for an out-of network provider. I maintain a few sliding-scale slots in my practice to make my services available to those in financial need, depending on availability. I am also on a number of Employee Assistance Programs.
